Peanut Sauce

Don't throw a leftover empty peanut jar, instead...

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp peanut butter

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or mirin

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- grated ginger

- 1 tsp maple syrup

- juice of 1/2 lime

- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Shake well in a jar.
