Pulled chicken

Ingredients:

- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

Marinade:

- Sea salt

- Black pepper

- Smoked paprika

- Onion powder

- Garlic powder

- Brown sugar

- Diana sauce

- Worchestershire sauce


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375. Put 1/2 cup of water in a Dutch oven, sprinkle salt and pepper in the water.

Please chicken breast in the water, sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the meat as well.

Place in oven, make the marinade in the meantime.

Every half hour take it out of the oven, flip chicken breast, glaze the side that's up with marinade and make sure there is still enough water on the bottom.

After about 3 hours it should start falling apart, when it's done take it out of the oven and rest it for 15-20 minutes.

Shred meat with two forks and then add all the liquid and caramelized scrapings from the Dutch oven.
