Chicken Cheese Samosa

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp chili powder
1 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- cooking oil for frying
- 1 packet samosa wrap or egg rolls wrap
Instructions:
In a bowl add ground chicken, onion, chili powder, cheese.
Add salt, turmeric, cumin and coriander. Mix all well.
In another small bowl mix egg and flour together.
Wrap 1 tbsp of mince mixture in each samosa wrap and shape it into a triangular samosa .
Seal the edges with the egg mixture .
Heat oil in a pan and fry samosa until golden (about 8 minutes) on each side. Serve hot.
