Ninja Foodi White Rice



Ingredients:

- 2 cups long grain white rice

- 2 1/2 cups water

- salt


Instructions:

Run rice under cold water in metal strainer until water runs completely clear.

Pressure Cook in the Ninja Foodi for 2 minutes, then let natural release for 10 minutes.

Fluff rice and take it out of the cooker (so it doesn't overcook)


Notes:

Recipe can be doubled, cooking time remains the same.

It will keep for 6 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
